Venice International Film Festival 2024. Some of hollywood’s most famous stars are set to make a grand appearance at the venice film festival this week. International resonance despite increasingly fierce competition from cannes, venice is confirmed as the main platform for world premieres of films aspiring to the oscars.

The festival is officially recognised by the fiapf (international federation of film producers association). The 81st annual venice international film festival runs august 28 to september 7, 2024.
